Connects hundreds of passionate Gunners across 36 states with dynamic, personalised Digital Fan Passes, provably fair jersey giveaways, matchday scoreline predictions with live season leaderboards, a nationwide watch-party locator, and automated WhatsApp bot integration for match alerts and birthday shoutouts.

Problem
Grassroots football fan communities across Nigeria rely heavily on noisy, fragmented WhatsApp groups, manual spreadsheets for member verification, repetitive giveaway form-filling, unverifiable raffle draws, and scattered meetup coordinates. Community admins lacked unified tooling for automated moderation, scheduled engagement, and verified fan identity.
Solution
Architected a full-stack monorepo featuring a high-performance Next.js 16 web application paired with a Baileys-driven WhatsApp automation bot and a robust Supabase (PostgreSQL & RLS) backend. Implemented server-generated dynamic Fan Pass cards (via @vercel/og / ImageResponse), automated cron-driven birthday greetings and AI news digests, fair random raffle-drawing algorithms with complete audit logging, state-by-state watch-party coordination with moderation tiers, and fine-grained role-based access control.
