Problem
Traditional news platforms in the African market are text-heavy and ignore local dialects, language barriers, and data constraints, leading to high friction, low accessibility, and a lack of transparency in automated reporting.
Solution
Created a multilingual, audio-first PWA featuring AI-driven translation (Yorùbá, Igbo, Hausa, Pidgin, English) and high-quality Text-to-Speech (YarnGPT). The app features an intuitive, thumb-first interface, offline access, and the proprietary Provenance Tag system for source transparency and AI consensus tracking.
